EDMONTON, U.K. - Dec. 18, 2017 - PRLog -- Reggae artist, producer and manager, Angie B has just released  a new conscious EP 'EVOLUTION' (Dec 2017) on her independent label,Angie B Productions. Her powerful delivery and lyrical content is combined with some new and familiar rhythms. The EP features various producers with Chris Peckings, and on 'Evolution' by Grillaras/Richie Davies, 'Forgive Dem' by Ricky Soundwave.'Time Soon Done,' Lloyd 'Pickout' Dennis 'Freedom in Unity' by Robbie Tyndale.

Songstress and sing–jay 'Angela Dunkley' was born the youngest of five children born to Jamaican parents, Mavis and Wilfred. The late artist Alton Eliis  was also her mentor and  later, her cousins the late artist Errol Dunkley and Lascelle Dunkley aka Tonic Man, being the ex-guitarist for the late Sugar Minott also session player for the late legendary Alton Ellis band.

'Angie B' is a mother to ten children with eighteen grandchildren.  Angie was schooled in Jamaica in the 70's where she lived with her parents in Tivoli Gardens, Kingston.

She recorded her first solo-single at about 21 years of age on 'V.I.P Label'. It was a soul track titled 'Love Me' and the follow up song 'I'll be there' were both co-produced by herself, Patrick Boothe. In the early eighties Angie performed with the Swiss band 'Euram' In the latter part of the 1990's, she put her knowledge and energy into managing her sons' MC/Garage crew, named 'And Wot Cru' and others/

In 2001 Angie was diagnosed with polyps and a massive cyst on her vocal chords, she was practically suffocating. She gave up singing entirely, and set up a successful retail business. After her mother passed, she dedicated her song "Life" to her mother. Veteran artist and friend 'General Saint'hooked her up with producer, Robbie Tyndale, She shone out with her sing-jay style on, 'Had It All'. The second track was 'In Da Club' influenced by her children; and then came 'Fall in Love' all recorded at Blu Jeanz,

She has also been quite successful with another track off a compilation album 'Every time We Touch', released and produced by Starrvybz Ent, URV called 'Mumma's Cry', which caused a stir for her in a few European countries. She has most recently worked with producers such as, Paul Smith, Calvin Francis and Richie Spice. Her debut album entitled, 'Personally Yours' .contains a mixture of styles and moods. She has recently released via VPAL the first, duet 'Feelings of Love', with singer/producer Patrick Boothe. She has just signed a VPAL Distribution Contract with CEO Donovan Williams and is set to release a new album in 2018.
