"Our client, Proton International, works with hospitals and physician groups in the United States and internationally to develop one- and two-room proton therapy facilities, as well as larger facilities, on a turnkey basis. Their team has developed and operated both large centers and smaller alternatives," Dave Davidson says. Davidson goes on to explain, "Financing for the UAB project was accomplished through the Public Finance Authority, a Wisconsin governmental body which issues tax-exempt and taxable conduit bonds for public and private entities nationwide."
