Society at Bell Tower Shops spreads cheer with holiday toy drive

FORT MYERS, Fla. - Dec. 12, 2017 - PRLog -- Celebrating the season of giving, Society, a new modern American restaurant at Bell Tower Shops in Fort Myers, is spreading holiday cheer with a special toy drive to benefit Golisano Children's Hospital. Now through Thursday, Dec. 14, guests can bring a new, unwrapped toy for a child in need when visiting Society for lunch, served from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., and will receive the choice of a complimentary draft beer, glass of house wine or dessert along with their meal. Complimentary beverage or dessert is limited to one per person with presentation of an unwrapped toy.

Society recently held an intimate reception and champagne toast on Wednesday, Dec. 6 to kick off its holiday toy drive, joined by many generous donors who tucked a present under the tree in support of the donation efforts. The toys collected during Society's toy drive will help bring a memorable holiday season to the young patients of Golisano Children's Hospital.

"The holidays are a special time of year, and we are excited to share the joy of the season with the young children of Golisano Children's Hospital," said Chef Todd Erickson, executive chef of Society. "We encourage the community to join us in helping brighten the holidays for these children, and enjoy a drink or dessert on us as our way to thank those who are spreading the cheer."

Located at 13499 Bell Tower Drive at Bell Tower Shops in Fort Myers, Society serves lunch daily from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. with light bites available from 2:30 to 5 p.m. Dinner is served from 5 to 10 p.m. Sundays through Thursdays, and 5 to 11 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays with a late-night-bites menu available on weekend nights.
