Trampoline Fitness Classes Now Available in Cork

CORK, Ireland - Dec. 12, 2017 - PRLog -- Air-tastic, the trampoline park is now offering fitness classes for customers looking to get fit or to lose weight.

The brand, part of Funky Monkeys Playcentres Ltd. recently opened the doors of the Cork trampoline park which is the second location since launching Air-tastic in Bangor.

"Air-Fit" is the name of fitness classes by Air-tastic which are now available at the Cork branch after it became a success in the Bangor trampoline park.

The high intensity exercise classes are said to help participants burn up to 1,000 calories an hour. Each of the fitness classes last around 45 to 60 minutes.

The trampoline fitness classes are available for anyone over the ages of 16, however, those under 18 must have a guardian sign a waiver on their behalf.

The company plan to open more trampoline parks in Belfast, Dublin, Galway and Limerick.

Airtastic also offer a range of other activities including kids parties at their birthday party venue, while they also cater for corporate and private parties.
