Crossen's experience includes more than a decade of healthcare leadership including responsibility for strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and health system partnership strategies. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Development at National Cardiovascular Partners in Houston. In his new role at Regent Surgical Health, Crossen will strengthen Regent's business strategy and drive growth for Regent's ambulatory surgery center management portfolio. "Regent sees where the healthcare market is going and is well-positioned for continued growth," says Crossen. "Like Regent, I believe partnerships with hospitals will be essential as an outpatient platform becomes more critical in the value-based care healthcare environment. Prior to his experience in the healthcare industry, Crossen served as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps for nine years: four years in active duty in Afghanistan and Fallujah, Iraq, and five years in the Marine Corps Reserve. Upon completion of his military service, he earned a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
