"For many years, this course has been considered the premier program on commercial real estate leases," said planning co-chair Mark A. Senn of Senn Visciano Canges P.C. "The experienced panelists from around the country bring their expertise and varying opinions to a lively discussion of office, industrial, retail, and ground leases. Not only are the perspectives of landlords and tenants considered, but so -also are the important concerns of the lenders.
