JUPITER, Fla. - Nov. 30, 2017 - PRLog -- Has the time come for you to improve your tennis skills? There are many things that go into becoming a better athlete, including both physical and mental prowess. And, if you don't work on both of these areas, you can't be surprised when there are holes in your game. Coach Anthony Taverna of VIP Tennis is ready to work with you, and help develop you into a better tennis player. That way, you can win more points, and then more matches.

Many people ask Anthony how often they should restring their racquet. Over time, strings lose resiliency and tension, meaning you have to restring based on how frequently you play. The United States Racquet Stringers Association standards are to restring the number of times you play per week, throughout the course of the year (six month minimum). So, if you play twice a week, you should restring twice a year (every six months).

Anthony Taverna of VIP Tennis is a USPTA Elite level certified instructor with over 25 years of experience. He is also a USRSA Master Racquet Technician, allowing him to provide expert opinions on your racquet selection. Be sure to reach out to VIP Tennis, today, to set up your lesson, hitting session or racquet analysis/service.
