HAGATNA, Guam - Nov. 29, 2017 - PRLog -- Due to the popularity and impact of The Riddle of the Exporter™ seminar, the Pacific Islands Small Business Development Centers Network hosted the seminar for entrepreneurs for the third time in October 2017. The interactive 1-day seminar was presented to potential exporters in Guam and CNMI.  This is the first step to open up global trade opportunities for local small businesses.

This fresh approach to entrepreneurial exporting has been presented throughout the U.S., Guam and Puerto Rico. It offers an easy to understand 8-step process to create a roadmap for new exporters. According to Ms. Eriksson, "Exporting is not as difficult as people think.  Once you know the 8-step process, you can apply it each and every time successfully. International trade is only going to get bigger so every business should explore the potential, long term benefits of exporting."  Included in the seminar is an 84-page reference workbook to create a customized roadmap to exporting.   For more information visit http://www.exportconnector.com for details or contact Elyse@exportconnector.com

The University of Guam Pacific Islands Small Business Development Center Network (PISBDCN) and the Guam Small Business Development Center (SBDC) is housed at the University of Guam School of Business and Public Administration. This center was opened in 1995. From 1999 through 2002 five additional centers were opened, creating the first international SBDC Network. Service Centers are located in the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM) namely the Yap, Chuuk & Kosrae State, Republic of Palau and the Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas Islands (CNMI).   The SBDC is funded by the US Small Business Administration and regional funding partners, allowing them to provide professional services at minimal or no cost to the small business owner.
