Thunderbird Power Corp. Announces Closing of the Current Round of Equity Financing

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. - Nov. 29, 2017 - PRLog -- Thunderbird Power Corp. (TPC) announced today that it plans to terminate the current round of equity financing no later than 5 p.m. PST (8 p.m. EST) on December 29, 2017.

As a result of the previously reported work performed by Siemens, which confirmed that the PowerStack extracts more kinetic energy from wind than any other wind turbine technology on the market, in addition to the success of the current equity financing, the Company's senior management has concluded that enough progress has been made allowing Thunderbird to complete both the construction of the scale model as well as the independent wind tunnel certification of the PowerStack's power curve. Therefore, the Company announced today that it will terminate the current round of equity financing no later than December 29, 2017. Completion of these two stages is forecast to substantially increase the profile and the value of the Company.

Additionally, Thunderbird's licensing business model is not capital intensive and will therefore allow the Company to grow rapidly by outsourcing manufacturing and distribution via third party resources and networks that the Company has been developing. The Company has been receiving significant interest in the PowerStack from parties in the US, Canada, South America, Europe, Asia and Africa.

All current financial projections as well as the proposed rollout of our business model as expressed in our business plan are based on one version of the PowerStack technology, the standard 43' diameter wind turbine. However, according to PowerStack inventor, Richard Sutz, the proprietary intellectual property behind the PowerStack design will increase efficiency, and therefore ROI substantially in any fluid including water, and gas (steam). This will allow the Company to significantly expand its licensing portfolio. Possible additional applications of the technology include hydroelectric dams (water) and nuclear power plants (steam). These additional revenue sources are not reflected in the Company's current operating or financial objectives as outlined in the business plan. The Company will also exploit opportunities to license smaller size PowerStacks such as for the rural, agricultural and recreational markets.

The PowerStack wind turbine's efficiency causes it to produce electricity at a tiny fraction of the cost per kWh of any other technology, fossil or renewable. In fact, the PowerStack with a 43' diameter is projected to produce electricity at around ⅓ cent (one third of a cent) per kWh at just 17 mph.

Thunderbird's President Anthony Goldstein stated "The Company has recently made substantial progress towards an alternative application of the PowerStack technology resulting in the first agreement for commercial orders of the scale model size PowerStack, which should generate revenue well ahead of schedule."
