Joint Venture Partner Conference Nov. 2017

 
SYDNEY - Nov. 28, 2017 - PRLog -- The 2017 Chan & Naylor JVP Meeting will be held on Nov. 30th and Dec. 1 and the agenda includes talks about numerous topics and several side events that will provide the team plenty of opportunities to interact with each other. Most of the topics will be about practical discussions that focus on new concepts and the company's best practices.

On the first day of the conference, C&N Founder Mr. Ed Chan will deliver the opening speech and engage with the attendees. Mr. Peter Loder of Topdocs will be the first to take the floor, followed by Mr. Victor Jahja of Accountancy Insurance to talk about the different coverages for accountants and businesses. After lunch, Mr. Peter McKnoulty of Transition Planning will discuss how pre-retirees can plan for their retirement not only financially but emotionally as well.

The HR People, represented by Ms. Karen Vercoe, will take the stage before afternoon tea. After George Kafantaris of Mosaic presents on stage, Mr. Peter Ristevski will discuss the liquidations of Chan & Naylor. To cap off the day, Mr. Ed Chan will hold a training on the Chan & Naylor products and Ms. Janelle Bartlett and Mr. Clive Nelson will hold a break out session for Xero users. There will also be an open forum to encourage exchange of ideas among the partners.

On the 1st of Dec., Mr. Steven Eager will open the day and talk about the MYP Advisory Platform. Mr. Adam Carmody of Chan & Naylor Financial Planning section will be next to talk about strategies around wealth planning. There will be a quick morning tea break before Mr. Jamie Beresford talks about Ready Group Global and Mr. Walter Respopin discusses the various mortgage trust solutions of Trilogy Funds. Mr. Doug Daniels will update the group about Chan & Naylor Finance while Ms. Rikki Carandang will talk present her marketing plans and updates for 2018 to the group. Other JVP topics will include SMSF strategies and how to deal with the new tax changes.

"We will introduce new partners and security and insurance solutions to accountants and the team," Mr. Ed Chan said. "While the previous JVP meeting focused on new platforms that could help execute business advisory to existing clients, the line up this time will highlight security and opportunities to offer better business management and solutions to clients."

The JVP meeting happens twice a year. It is an event where all Chan and Naylor partners from different states congregate for two days with third party industry providers.
