Park Hyatt Seoul's, Hanwoo and Homemade Soybean Paste at The Lounge

GANGNAM-GU, South Korea - Nov. 20, 2017 - PRLog -- The Lounge on the 24^th floor of Park Hyatt Seoul presents a five-course Korean beef menu featuring special cuts of highest-grade Korean beef and the hotel chefs' homemade soybean paste, available from October 25 to November 25, 2017. Guests can enjoy Hanwoo gui against a backdrop of city views. The course is priced at KRW 90,000 per person, with an optional wine pairing priced at KRW 30,000 (VAT included).

The course begins with homemade pine needle tea, while appetizers include, short plate beef tartare, dumplings made from neck chain, and ugogju granita. The main dishes will feature short plate, hanging tender, and neck chain special cuts, all served and presented with a charcoal brazier for two. The menu will also include special sauce and soybean soup made from homemade soybean paste, which itself is made from fermented soybean lump and sun-dried salt, a preparation that is being showcased for the first time during this promotion. Guests can also enjoy various side dishes including assorted mushroom nutritious rice, pickled chamnamul, pan fried zucchini oyster mushroom and grilled bean paste seasoned eggplant. The course will end with ginseng ice cream served with pear compote and more.
