America 2030, LLC is pleased to announce that it is one of the first lenders to enter the Bitcoin loan space
First ever Bitcoins loans to be arranged by America 2030. Bitcoin has become mainstream and lenders are willing to lend against it. Bitcoin is unstoppable.
America 2030 during the month of October and November has entered in to discussions to arrange for 3 cash loans backed by Bitcoin cryptocurrency digital coins. The Bitcoin owners are located in USA, Hong Kong and China. The loans are for $3 million, $5 million and for $25 million.
Each Bitcoin borrower claimed that they bought the cryptocurrency several years ago when the price was in several hundred dollars. Each investor claimed to have made a substantial return on their initial investment.
If America 2030 is successful in arranging for the loan, the borrowers claim that they will use loan proceeds to purchase more Bitcoins since they all anticipate that the price will only continue to rise.
America 2030, LLC is headed by Val Sklarov who had this to say: "Clearly we are one of, if not the first lending pioneers to attempt to arrange funding against Bitcoin. Many people have seen their Bitcoin assets appreciate drastically but they don't want to sell their coins, yet can use cash for personal reasons, partial cash-out or simply to purchase more Bitcoins. We are pleased to try and facilitate the loans for them. The Loan To Value (LTV) is in the 50-60% range for the loans.
America 2030 is a pioneer alternative lender intermediary and can arrange loans against publicly traded securities (stock loans) as well as Bitcoins and other cryptocurrency coins. The LTV is typically between 50-60% for most cryptocurrency loans.
