Yesterday, October 31, my company received its Contract Award (# 47QRAA18D0011) from the GSA. Fantastic news, and I just wanted to thank you for doing so much, both personally and professionally, to bring about this result.

I have to admit, when you first cold-called me back in August of last year, I was more than a little skeptical that a tiny firm like mine could actually get to work with government agencies. Your assurances —along with identifying other companies that are similar to DMI, and in the same field, which have GSA contracts—that not only could it happen, but that it would happen, convinced me to take the plunge.

Now that this has come to fruition, of course I'm glad that I did.  However, having gone through the process, I realize that there's no way I could have made it through without the expertise, support, and guidance provided by you and your associates.

I've been in the marketing business for 35+ years, as both a senior corporate executive and a business owner, so I've pretty much seen it all. But one thing that's all too rarely seen, though it's something everyone wants, is superlative customer service. When you run across it, you have to acknowledge it.
