"Pastors" Have Let America Slip Away
Amazon #1 author, Robert Bakke, says the "poverty and weakness" teachings of many pastors have let the economy and morality of America slip away.
Bakke sent tremors through the religious world with his racing inspired book, "Prayer at Full Throttle" which promotes a God of power, wealth and winning. The book scored a #1 ranking on Amazon. "The nastiest letter I've ever received came from the leader of a religious institution, but I'm not stopping," says Bakke, "Especially when it comes to power and wealth building, because America needs every family to flourish financially so the economy, and the church, can grow." Bakke cautions people against the teaching that poverty is somehow God-like, pointing out that the Bible's most significant figures were often the wealthiest men on earth. "Abraham, Lot, Job, David and Hezekiah were ridiculously wealthy," says Bakke, "And God, himself, gave Solomon a stunning 25-tons of gold each year, intentionally making Solomon the wealthiest man that would everlive on earth."
Bakke's book is heavily validated with Biblical "chapter and verse" and quotes numerous scriptures about money and finances, including the revelation that pastors are to earn "double the wages" as compared to the rest the world. "It's a Biblical truth,' says Bakke, "I can't figure out what book they are teaching from."
