The 200-hour teacher training course offered by Ojashvi Yoga Shala, Varkala is a beginner/intermediate level residential course with the duration of 4-weeks. The course is ideal for students who are looking forward to starting their career as a registered yoga teacher.

The training course includes Yoga modules of practices of Asanas, Pranayama, Bandhas Mudras & Meditation including all the elements of Ashtanga Yoga.Ojashvi Yoga training programmes are conducted by the team of professionally experienced and qualified yoga teachers in micro groups in Varkala with excellent infrastructure facilities.
