David J. DelCollo, Esq. has been selected to appear in the Top 100 Magazine's 2017 Top 100 Lawyers and 2018 Top 40 Under 40 Magazine editions
Mr. DelCollo has more than a decade of legal experience in various fields, notably corporate, contract and healthcare law. He began his position at Ancillare, LP in 2017, impressed with the organization's growth, business model, and leadership, specifically the CEO Joanne Santomauro who Mr. DelCollo states, "has a great vision and the incredible drive to make things happen."
Prior to joining Ancillare, he served as Senior Counsel for Bioclinica, Inc. Throughout his career at Bioclinica, Mr. DelCollo became well-versed in intellectual property law and licensing rights as well. Mr. DelCollo also gained invaluable experience as in house-counsel for PBI Healthcare and as general counsel and in-house counsel for Acys Technologies Ltd.
Prior to his success in corporate law, Mr. DelCollo began his career in the courtroom as an assistant district attorney outside the Philadelphia area where he personally prosecuted over 1,000 cases ranging from misdemeanors to felonies, maintaining a 97% success rate on hearings and trials.
Mr. DelCollo truly has a drive, tenacity, and genuine passion for helping people that is rarely seen in today's corporate attorney. As primary in-house counsel, Mr. DelCollo serves at the pleasure of the CEO, as well as working with the team directly responsible for clinical supply chain services to ultimately make advancements in healthcare, research, and most importantly patients' lives. Mr. DelCollo is extremely goal orientated and always striving to complete new ambitions, living by the words of Winston Churchill "Never, never, never give-up".
Mr. DelCollo graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in pre-law and political science from Duquesne University and went on to obtain his Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law, where he was a member of the Trial Advocacy team.
Mr. DelCollo is admitted to practice in the State of Pennsylvania and is a member of various organizations, including the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Association of Corporate Counsel. Attentive to civic duties, Mr. DelCollo has completed pro bono work for the Civil Law Clinic, Lawyer on the Line, and has also been involved with Legal Aid NC.
Mr. DelCollo lives in the Philadelphia area and when he is not at the office he enjoys maintaining his collection of vintage motorcycles, taking road trips in his new Porsche, and most important, spending time with his Australian Shepherd, Marley.
