By: World Star PR Hannah Clive is multi-genre British singer songwriter from London writing observational, often personal songs, exposing vulnerability edged with emotion readily shared with her audience; a torch singer with a real passion - her professional grounding is obvious to anyone who listens to her work. Hailing from an established performance and literary family background - Hannah's father was respected British actor and bestselling author John Clive - Hannah has forged a career in music as a solo artist, emerging earlier this year on the coveted BBC Introducing show on BBC Radio London with respected veteran DJ Gary Crowley, quickly followed by guest appearances on the Gaby Roslin show at BBC Radio London, BBC Sussex and Surrey, as well as BBC 3 Counties Radio. On hearing her music Crowley said Hannah's music 'deserves to be rolled out across the national BBC Radio Network...' some achievement for an unsigned artist up against the majors. Previously Hannah learnt her craft singing on records and live with household names including Ray Charles, Dave Gilmour, Ronnie Wood and on Top 20 hits worldwide. As well as being a solo artist she actively supports new and emerging British music talent online and writing reviews - most notably recently as a guest indie reviewer for John Giddings - host of the prestigious Isle of Wight Festival 2017. Hannah has just won Artist of The Year 2017 in a public and judge led vote at Canada's Starlight Music Chronicles, so too she picked up Best EP from a Solo Artist in a fan based US radio vote and was runner-up in Radio Wigwam's Best Female Artist Award 2017. As well as songwriting collaborations including with respected British Hip-hop jazz fusion band The Herbaliser on their track "Lost Boy" as favoured by Huey Morgan from Fun Loving Criminals who DJ's for the coveted BBC Radio 6 - Hannah also manages British Rocktronica band (IAM)WARFACE - who just supported British forefather of electronica Gary Numan on tour, who is a fan. Hannah has been performing in fields across England this summer at festivals and globally on radio promoting her single "Kiss of Life", as produced by Brian Tench (Kate Bush, Bee Gees) and mastered by The Who's Jon Astley, featuring many noteworthy musicians. A rising star and growing presence in the music and social media word, Hannah Clive is about to bring out her new eagerly awaited material to be released very shortly. The Jimmy Star Show is pleased to showcase the expertise and talent of Hannah Clive and all anticipate a fun and informative time talking with her about her career and the entertainment industries at large.
