U.S. News & World Report Names Best Nursing Homes for 2017-18

CANTON, Ohio - Nov. 3, 2017 - PRLog -- Washington, D.C. - U.S. News & World Report, a leading expert in the evaluation and rating of health care providers across the country, today identified the Best Nursing Homes for 2017-18. U.S. News evaluated more than 15,000 homes nationwide, across each state and in 100 major metropolitan areas. This year, only 15% of nursing homes earned the designation of a U.S. News Best Nursing Home. "Selecting the right nursing home that offers exceptional care for a loved one can be particularly challenging," says Ben Harder, Managing Editor and Chief of Health Analysis, U.S. News. "For the Best Nursing Homes, we analyzed objective data to arm consumers with the information and confidence they need to help them choose a home capable of providing the quality care seniors deserve."
