LOS ANGELES - Oct. 31, 2017 - PRLog -- Early results from the launch of Fadstir's AI Personal Shopper has shown that users of this new eCommerce application are on average 1100% more likely to convert (add item to cart) than nonusers of the application.  Fadstir's personal shopper launched mid-September for online retailers (fashion and apparel) to provide an automated sales-rep service to their customers.  Using machine learning and real-time customer insights, the personal shopper engages with visitors throughout the shopping experience at the highest conversion points to make relevant product recommendations as well as streamline product discovery.

Online retail continues to see high bounce rates and low conversions, which is likely due to consumers being savvier than ever in finding the best deals and right products so easily.  Bigcommerce 2017 Ecommerce Trends reports posits that unless you're a big brand retailer (opposed to marketplaces and independent retailers), your customer is more likely to both research brands before making a purchase as well as visit a variety of retailers.  This means shoppers often leave a store to search other stores for competitive deals, which means retailers are losing their traffic and their marketing dollars.  The personal shopper helps capitalize on both assets by driving meaningful user engagement towards a store's inventory by delivering an on the fly, personalized experience.

"It can pick up on patterns of what they're looking at and just show them all the best products for them right there.  They don't even have to leave the homepage to have an entire inventory curated for them," stated Eman Igbinosa, CEO and cofounder of Fadstir.  "This is the type of experience that gives a customer confidence to purchase on the spot and not feel like they need to shop around all over."

"The biggest thing for us is personalizing the experience for our customers so if they do leave, we at least know they left seeing a selection of items that had the best chance of converting them," said Johnny Travis, cofounder of Faze Apparel.  "Having the personal shopper automatically do this for us while also adding a kind of cutting edge flair to our site does tremendous things for the bottom line and the brand."

The personal shopper is now live with eight online stores and will continue to be released on more stores soon.  Fadstir cofounder Tenzin Chagzoetsang stated, "We already have a bunch of retailers in the pipeline to go live and with the strong early numbers staying consistent, hopefully you'll stumble upon us at your favorite shop soon!"

Fadstir's AI personal shopper can be found on, among other stores.  For a full list of stores using the personal shopper as well as information on how to integrate the personal shopper with your store,
