1. Time management
If you dream to be the best yoga teacher, then first you should learn about the time management strategies. Being a teacher, you cannot be late in your activities; else the training and learnings of the students will be affected. It is essential for you to find an appropriate rhythm between lectures, yoga classes, labs, practice, study, personal space, and rest. If any of the activities are out of the schedule, then you will face difficulties. So, plan your day accordingly.
2. Drink plenty of water
When you are practicing yoga, then it is obvious that there will be a lot of sweat. In such cases, if you will not hydrate your body, then you might lose your consciousness. Well, this is the main reason, why the experts always recommended hydrating the body. You need to carry a bottle full of water, all the time with you. It will be good if you can add some salt and lemon to the water.
3. Understand the flexibility of your body
Look, never stretch your body as per the practices instead manage the practices slowly as per the body.
