While continuing to maintain his sole Family Law practice in Neptune Twp, Mr. Nocks comes to the Calcagno law firm with more than 27 years of experience. He specializes in all aspects of divorces and family issues including payment or receipt of alimony, child support calculations, child custody (in New Jersey and Interstate), juvenile delinquency cases and mediation advice and settlement agreements.

Mr. Nocks also represents ex-spouses in handling all post-divorce motions and appeals. He is available to meet with clients at either the Neptune or Cranford office, and has weekend hours by appointment.
