Free Wedding Gowns to Support Our Veterans And First Responders This Veterans Day
Brides Across America is proud to support our communities by supporting our everyday heroes with its annual Operation Wedding Gown giveaway events in salons across the country. Our partner salons will be celebrating with us during the month of November and gifting gowns valued up to $5,000 to our brides.
Whether it's for love of country or love at the altar, our front lines deserve our very best. Brides Across America and its partner salons have donated over 20,000 wedding gowns and gifted over 20 weddings since its inception in 2008. The program is designed to reduce financial stress in planning a wedding, financial relief; (average wedding gowns cost with accessories $2000) and transforms lives.
Roseann & Mike:Boston Bombing Survivor, Roseann Sdoia's life changed the day of the Boston Marathon. She suffered trauma to her leg and had to have it amputated. It has been a long road of recovery. Some people will never find true love, but, on that day Roseann did and turned her tragedy into a love story. She is now engaged to Mike Materia, the firefighter who saved her that day.
"This program means so much to us. With all the medical expenses, gifting me this gown can make our dreams come true on our wedding day!" This will be a wonderful day that we can forget about our struggles and share in our love for each other," says Roseann.
