Ingredients:

1 bunch thin asparagus spears, trimmed
3 tablespoons Oliviers & Co Everyday Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 1/2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Fleur de Sel Natural Sea Salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice Oliviers & Co Galiga E Vetrice Olive Oil

Directions:

1. Preheat an oven to 425 degrees.

2. Place fresh asparagus into a bowl & drizzle with the everyday olive oil. Toss to coat the spears, then add Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, & pepper to taste.

3. Arrange the asparagus onto a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake in the preheated oven until just tender, 12 to 15 minutes depending on thickness.

4. Sprinkle with lemon juice & drizzle with olive oil just before serving.
