Halloween Association Releases List Of Top Ways To Extend The Life Of A Halloween Costume

LAUREL, NJ  – With Halloween enthusiasts shelling out an average of $74 to morph into their favorite superhero, pop culture icon or GOT White Walker for a night of tricks and treats, the folks at the Halloween Industry Association (HIA) have found some pretty creative ways to extend the life of that ghoulish get-up!
