Miller Homes Offers Trick ot Treat in Halloween Spooktacular This Weekend

WEST YORKSHIRE, U.K. - Oct. 24, 2017 - PRLog -- As Hallowe'en becomes ever more popular with people across the region one housebuilder is hosting a spook-tacular competition.

Housebuyers who reserve a brand new Miller home at the housebuilder's City Fields development in Wakefield or Sherwood Croft development in Thorpe Willoughby near Selby, between Friday 27^th and Monday 30^th October inclusive, will have the chance to choose a Trick or Treat envelope which will offer them a spook-tacular surprise.

"We thought we would have a little Hallowe'en fun but also offer customers who reserve over that weekend a genuine treat which will help them in their new home," said Michael Goodwin sales manager Miller Homes Yorkshire. "All customers have to do is choose one of our envelopes and see how lucky they have been."

The envelopes will include a series of offers at the housebuilder Choices Centre where interior choices can be made for kitchens, bathrooms and a range of soft furnishings depending on the construction stage of the property.

"If someone reserves a plot where the kitchens and bathrooms have already been chosen they can put their voucher towards floor coverings or other options whilst those who reserve off plan could perhaps look to upgrade their kitchen or appliances," said Michael. "Whether they receive a trick or treat, it's fair to say that everyone who reserves over the weekend will receive a spook-tacular prize from Miller Homes."

Over the weekend there will also be a competition to guess the number of sweets in the cauldron with the lucky visitor choosing the nearest number winning it in its entirety. This competition is open to all visitors who attend during the weekend, not just those that reserve a home.

City Fields, will see the construction of almost 200 homes as part of a wider regeneration scheme.  Properties available for sale include three, four and five bedroom homes currently priced from £198,000.
