Several Noida & Greater Noida Properties Readies for Completion by year End

GREATER NOIDA, India - Oct. 23, 2017 - PRLog -- Noida, October 14, 2017: After the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority announced that by March 2018 it would provide deliveries of over 17,000 residential apartments across 28 group housing projects, the Noida Authority also assured the homebuyers to provide them 10,756 flats by the year end.

However, this is still very far from the Chief Minister's target to provide 50,000 flats during the next three months. As per the CEO and Chairperson of Noida Authority, a detailed plan of the completion of these apartments has been sent to the principal secretary.

After conducting open house meetings with the developers of 32 projects and taking deadlines from them regarding the project completions, the authorities have arrived at some figures. As per the plan the flats in Greater Noida shall be completed and handed over in four months including September 2017. As per the officials, while the developers for 20 projects have committed the completion of 2,513 flats in September, 19 developers have promised to complete 2,828 residential units by October 2017.

The developers of around 20 projects will finish the work on 2,166 flats by November 2017 and the remaining ones shall complete 3,249 housing units by the end of this year.

The Greater Noida properties that will be completed by this month shall include properties by builders like Unitech, Assotech, Sunworld, AIMS RG Angel, Jaypee Greens Aman, Gulshan Homz, Great Value, Mahagun Maxblis, Today Homes, PAN Realtors, AGC Realty, Opulent Infra, Amrapali, etc. Those projects that shall be completed by the year end shall include properties by Amrapali, Great Value Projects, Futech Shelters, RG Residency, Unitech, E-Homes Infra, Jaypee Greens Aman, Today Homes, etc.

Around 9 projects by developers like Divine India, Gardenia AIMS Developers, Ajnaar India, Colorful Estate, IV County, Perfect Prop Builders, Supertech, and Sunshine Infrawell have ensured that they will hand over more 5,000 units by the year end as soon as they receive completion certificates.
