What: As part of National Mensa Membership Month more than 150 test sessions are scheduled nationwide during October at a reduced rate. This is the best time to take the official Mensa Admission. When/Where: More than 60 tests sessions are scheduled for Sat., Oct. 21 across theUnited States including, Kentucky, Texas, Nevada, Washington, Georgia, Vermont, Oregon, Florida, Massachusetts, New York, Wisconsin, California, Missouri and more. Visit www.americanmensa.org/ Who:General public (age 14 and older) Parental permission required for those ages 14-17. (Picture I.D. with D.O.B or birth certificate required) Details:The test will take about 1.5 hours to complete. Test takers will be required to show a photo ID The public will receive reduced pricing of $30 throughout October. Members of the media are offered the option to take the test for free. Note: no recording devices are allowed in the test sessions; test questions are proprietary. Some test sessions have limited space. Background: American Mensa is an organization open to anyone who scores in the top 2 percent on accepted, standardized intelligence tests.
