Mobility Unmanned, Washington, DC NHTSA, in September, unveiled new federal guidance for Automated Driving Systems (ADS): A Vision for Safety 2.0. The Guidance provides a framework for the continued development and deployment of automated driving technology in the United States. Mobility Unmanned coincides with a number of federal, state, and local initiatives to address the rapidly evolving legal and regulatory issues raised by the proliferation of highly-automated and unmanned technology.
