Once Claudia suggested the unique incentive, intended to inspire teamwork and comradery and to recognize hard work, the team was off and running, providing remarkable guest service to ensure they'd be able to see their boss soaked from head to toe.
Claudia chose the measurement of guest satisfaction as the most important metric to use as a team challenge. "Meeting our revenue goal is important, but at the end of the day, ensuring that we consistently make our guests feel happy and valued is what matters most. The property has a long-standing reputation for strong customer service, but we always strive for more. I'm open to sacrificing myself again in the future in order to keep it fun and interesting for the associates!" The property does intend to continue the program with inspiring team rewards in the coming months.
