Simexa's participation in Maison et Objet and Dubai hotel show

DUBAI, UAE - Oct. 10, 2017 - PRLog -- Simexa, the wholesale outdoor furniture supplier for hotels and restaurants in Dubai, KSA and other countries within the region, participated in 2 major international exhibitions in September: Maison et Objet Paris, and Dubai Hotel Show. The main objective of these 2 participations is to develop the market for the outdoor furniture and solar lighting brand; Maiori.

Maison et Objet is an international event for home decor, interior design, architecture and lifestyle culture. Just like previous years, the event was a huge success, for the organizers, exhibitors and the visitors. Simexa insisted on attending M&O to assist traders visiting from the GCC and introduce them to Maiori's solar lights. According to Mr. Naoufal Kahwaji, managing partner at Simexa, the participation in an event in Europe allows the company to establish direct contacts with visitors from the Middle East interested in European brands. Mr. Kahwaji adds: "The fact that Maiori is participating in an international event, gives the brand credibility, which also reflects on us, as suppliers of Maiori products in the Middle East." This event allowed Simexa to secure deals with retailers and receive many inquiries for professional collaborations.

During this event, Maiori focused on displaying their brand new solar lights (https://simexa.com/brand/maiori) collections (Couture, Pacha, Parabole). These new items were the center of attention due to their unique designs and innovative technology. A special spotlight was addressed to La Lampe Parabole for its ability to be directly pitched into the soil.

he Dubai hotel show is one of the region's largest event for hospitality and leisure, offering thousands of professionals the opportunity to discover the latest products in the market. Simexa's participation at the Hotel show had for objective to use Dubai as a hub to introduce Maioiri's collections to the region. For Mr. Kahwaji, the exhibition was, as usual, a success as they were able to receive many potential orders and guarantee others. "The ability to meet and directly discuss with designers, retailers, and hotel owners in a single place allowed us to create tight professional contacts, some of them resulted in projects completions", says Mr. Kahwaji.

The main attractions during the Dubai Hotel show were Maiori's living sets: Classique and Stipa. Classique was the real hit as, according to Mr. Kahwaji: "Several interested persons wanted to get it on the spot." This living set features sofas with ample cushions and low height that are a study in outdoors relaxation, while the dining armchair can dress up a dining table effortlessly.

On the other hand, those who were looking for maintenance-free items were amazed by Stipa collection.
