WREXHAM, Wales - Oct. 10, 2017 - PRLog -- One of Net World Sports' premium FORZA Alu110 aluminium goals is being used on a special segment of the new series Just For Kicks, which is aired every Thursday night on Fox Sports, the Australian equivalent of Sky Sports.

The show is based on the long-running Soccer AM programme here in the UK and takes a light-hearted look at both the Australian A-League and the wider world of football. It features host Tara Rushton, former Melbourne Victory striker Archie Thompson, Central Coast Mariners star Daniel McBreen, and Socceroos legend Robbie Slater, who won the Premier League with Blackburn Rovers in 1994-95 and also played for West Ham United and Southampton. Another familiar face to UK football fans, former Manchester United, Chelsea, and Aston Villa goalkeeper Mark Bosnich made a guest appearance on last week's season premiere.

Net World Sports' 16ft x 7ft aluminium 9-a-side goal appears in the show's weekly 'Top Corner Challenge', where members of the studio audience are tasked with scoring a goal to stand a chance of winning prizes including a new car.

The sports equipment retailer, which is based on Wrexham Industrial Estate, sells more than 100,000 of its FORZA football goals a year throughout the world, making it the biggest-selling goal manufacturer in the UK. Its aluminium models, the FORZA Alu60 and Alu110, are both on the English Football Association (The FA) list of approved goals after being independently tested to exceed strict BS EN safety standards earlier this year.

Chris Owens, Communications Manager for Net World Sports (http://www.networldsports.com.au), revealed: "The producers from Fox Sports were on a tight schedule ahead of the first episode, with suppliers in Australia needing weeks to deliver the goals. But because we manufacture and hold our FORZA goals in stock right here in Wrexham, we could dispatch them immediately so they were at the studios just outside Sydney in less than a week.

"Everyone here loves seeing our products on such high-profile and popular programmes, but this new show isn't actually the first big game call-up our FORZA goals have earned recently. Back in June a pair of our Alu60 goals featured on the floating pitch installed at UEFA Champions League final fan park in Cardiff, where legends like Steven Gerrard, Ryan Giggs, Luis Figo, Marcel Desailly, Clarence Seedorf, and Roberto Carlos put them to the test. While our FORB golf mats make regular appearances on the televised coverage of the European and PGA Tours."

FORZA Alu60 and Alu110 goals are available in a range of sizes, from youth football and training goals right the way through to full-size senior match goals. For goals to feature on the FA approved list, they must be independently tested to comply with either of two BS EN safety standards: BS EN 8462 for goals used in youth football, futsal, mini soccer and small-sided football or BS EN 748 for full-size adult 11-a-side goals.

In the UK, the Wrexham-made goals have already been installed at several professional and semi-pro clubs' training grounds, including local team Wrexham AFC, Crawley Town, Cirencester Town, and Eastbourne Borough. While they've also proved popular products with schools, amateur clubs, leisure centres, and teams not just in the UK but in the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand too.
