AUSTIN, Texas - Dec. 7, 2017 - PRLog -- AllSight, provider of an industry leading Customer Intelligence Management system, today announced Dell has been selected as the 2017 Ventana Research Digital Leadership Winner for Customer Experience.  Ventana Research, a respected business technology and advisory firm, recognized Deotis Harris, Senior Director, MDM at Dell EMC for his initiative approach to building an intelligent Customer 360.  Presented annually, the Digital Leadership Awards spotlight organizations and those individuals with supporting technology vendors that utilize technology to advance business and IT.  These Digital Leadership Awards span across the 9 areas of expertise at Ventana Research.  Dell won for Customer Experience, an award for the company and individual that best exemplifies leadership in applications and technologies that support the engagement with customers for any purpose.

With AllSight Customer Intelligence Management, Dell is able to provide sellers real-time access to the most relevant customer and account information. The system then provides a consolidated Customer 360 which is directly integrated into existing Salesforce applications.
