These presentations will help attendees learn:The need for an antibiotic program from a public health perspective and regulatory stance; the importance of the designated preventionist as antibiotic champion for their facility; staff nurse's role in antibiotic stewardship; how to assess patient cases for appropriate clinical interventions and how to predict barriers to ASP implementation and potential strategies to overcome them.
