Manseau Flats Apartment Project In Ashwaubenon Breaks Ground

GREEN BAY, Wis. - Oct. 3, 2017 - PRLog -- TF Forming Systems, a vertical ICF manufacturer, is pleased to announce that the Manseau Flats Apartment project in Ashwaubenon has broken ground. The groundbreaking took place on Thursday, September 14, 2017. TF Forming Systems reps, VJS staff, the project ownership team, and the Village of Ashwaubenon officials were all present for the groundbreaking.

Manseau Flats is a new, six-story, 78 unit luxury apartment building located in Ashwaubenon near the Aloft Hotel. The project is expected to be completed in October 2018.

Bedford Development of Milwaukee is the developer for this project. VJS Construction Services is the general contractor and construction management team while TDI & Associates is the architectural firm for the project.

Bedford Development chose TF Forming Systems ICF Wall System due to the ease of construction along with the green and natural disaster resistance properties of this type of wall system.  When the project is complete, tenants will reside in an apartment that is energy efficient, paying much less in heating and cooling then in other apartments of similar style.  They will have a quiet, comfortable home that is built sustainably and will withstand the forces of Mother Nature.
