New Book Helps Bereaved Navigate Probate Trusts, Estate Planning

LOS ANGELES - Sept. 29, 2017 - PRLog -- When mourning the loss of a loved one, a family is in a vulnerable state that can make them easy targets for predators who take advantage of the bereaved. One experienced probate specialist and realtor aims to help those grieving to protect themselves by equipping them with the knowledge to get through the difficult and confusing probate process.

In her new e-book "Probate Paralysis Analysis," author Dawn Wiley explains the ins and outs of estate planning, from choosing the tools that will save most of the family inheritance to picking the best legal team for a probate case. The book also outlines the most common pitfalls and costly mistakes made during the probate process.

A Certified Probate Realtor, Dawn Wiley drew from her extensive experience in real estate sales to write Probate Paralysis Analysis.

"My hope is that this book will equip individuals, families, and future generations with the knowledge to retain the greatest possible amount of their family inheritance," she said.

After working closely with probate attorneys earlier in her real estate career, she observed a recurring theme: that of discontented clients.

"Whether I referred the client to the attorney or the attorney referred me to a client, the outcome was usually the same: the client was very unhappy with the probate result," she said. "They complained that they didn't get much money in the end and that the process took way too long. They felt cheated."

Knowing how difficult the probate process can be, Dawn Wiley hopes by sharing her personal  experiences, she will empower grieving families to make the best decisions possible when navigating the probate process.
