Follow on Google News | Deploying Affordable and Disruptive 5G Wireless Network.Seeking JVSeeking JV Champion Teleport of Greenwich, CT announced 2 years plan to test and deploy 5G wireless network. On August 3,2017 the FCC started the process of approval for the use of Millimeter- We own two FCC licenses for the same exact spectrums which are expected to be approved by the FCC for 5Gwireless networks. Our licenses are grandfathered since 1994 and extended for long term with routine renewal. Our licenses also have a foot prints which covers North America, Latin America, Europe, Africa and the Middle East. We can deploy separate networks in the countries in these areas with a domestic partner because the UN telecommunications arm ITU horamized these spectrumsfor the same uses among all countries. As a result tests using the same spectrums in our licenses were conducted in Europe,Korea,Japan and China. The FCC acted after most major telcos and technology companies tested successfully the use of these spectrums for 5G wireless applications including Verizon, ATT, Google and Microsoft. 5G network (https://www.fool.com/ Some applications include the Internet of Things IoT( In 5 years companies will be spending 5 trillion dollars connecting 22 billion devices ), tracking, e-learning& Most of our competitors will acquire these mmWave spectrum from the FCC via an expensive ( billions of dollars) and lengthy auctions. Hence the disruptive nature of our network as we will be earlier to the market ahead of competition and our network will be affordable since we acquired our licenses relatively economically before the auction system was introduced. Disruptive and affordable companies are usually acquired by major competitors, which is an option to consider if we decided not to complete full deployment. Once we deployed our network our company could be in a small group of companies similar to Straight Path Company which was acquired for $3.1 billion in a bidding process between ATT and Verizon. We are open to JV with operating companies and/or financial institutions. Intermediaries are welcome https://www.fcc.gov/ Contact Michael Wahba at greenwichstar1@ Or Phone 203 979 2700 End
