One of the biggest changes that we have experienced is the type of clients that we deal with day in, day out.

When we opened our doors in 1983 our business was founded on servicing the needs of Ultra High Net-Worth, High-Net Worth and Institutional clients domestically and globally. Now in 2017, in the 24/7/365 world that we live and operate in, the private retail investor has become the core of our day-to-day business.

Like with any business that is client facing will know, each client is wildly different to another, no matter what tier they fall into. We pride ourselves on addressing each client's requirements head on, having the industry experience and knowledge to remain dynamic and flexible in addressing their investment needs. No matter what their level of experience is or the market conditions in which we are investing on their behalf.

This is complimented by the information that our wealth managers and analysts bring to the table in an easy to understand, concise and accurate client reports which are delivered in a way that makes sense to non-investment industry professionals.

We provide the same levels or service and access to information to all clients as we have done since we were founded.As part of our rebranding we have updated our website which now affords our clients have a secure client platform where they can see the performance of their portfolios at the push of a button, be it on a computer or smart device.

This is complimented with additional information on alternative investment vehicles that is derived through the profiling stage of the client/advisor relationship.

Before any investments are made a clear and defined investment plan is put into place. Like any journey, unless you know where you are going there is no way of working out how to get there. Diversification is a key feature of any of our investment strategies; be it across different markets or investment vehicles to name but two.
