COLUMBIA, S.C. - Sept. 20, 2017 - PRLog -- On Saturday, October 14th from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. in Newberry, SC, Enoree River Winery will host their 6th annual wine festival featuring 5 South Carolina wineries, 2 live bands, 2 food trucks and more.

For the first time in South Carolina, five local wineries will come together in the lush vineyard– located 30 minutes northwest of Columbia– for an afternoon of wine tasting and entertainment, as the musical favorites, The Time Pirates, and festival newcomers, Passing Worth, take the stage.

Joining host Enoree River Winery are returning guests, Proverbs 31 Winery, CityScape Winery and Mercer House Estate Winery, along with Old Rock Quarry Winery, which opened in Enoree, SC in late August 2017. Cranberry Wine will also be making its debut for the season with glasses and bottles available for purchase at the event. Early Bird Adult Admission can be purchased online at a $5 discount, now through September 30th,  and will include entry into the event, a tasting of 10 handcrafted wines and a souvenir wine glass.

While sipping on refreshing wines, guests can relax on blankets and chairs overlooking the vineyard, enjoy local food by food trucks–The Disco Pig and Doza Rizen on Wheels–or browse fine arts & handcrafted items by area vendors.

Ticket sales are limited to the first 300 purchased and are now available online. Early bird adult tickets are $25 each (including the $5 discount) through September 30. Starting October 1, adult admission will be $30 per ticket. This is a family-friendly event with more ticket options online. Parking is free, but limited. Carpooling is recommended. Outside coolers, personal cups, alcohol, beverages and food are strictly prohibited. No dogs are allowed at this event. Soft drinks & water will be available for purchase. All attendees over 21 must present a picture id and wear the wristband provided. Guests under 21 are $10 each, and kids under 5 get in free.
