JT Wimsatt Awarded Westfield UTC -300 Unit Apartment Project

SAN DIEGO - Sept. 13, 2017 - PRLog -- JT Wimsatt Contracting Co., Inc. - announces that it has been awarded the structural concrete portion of Westfield's UTC apartment project.  The 23-story, 300 unit residential tower recently broke ground and is the first residential project for Westfield in the San Diego area.  The jobsite is next to the Westfield UTC shopping center in University City.  The total construction costs for this project is $200 million and will open in 2019.  The tower is replacing a parking lot at the corner of Nobel Drive and Lombard Place.
