NYC Bicycle Accident Victim to Receive $33,750.00 Settlement

NEW YORK - July 1, 2017 - PRLog -- A New York City bike accident victim finally resolved his lawsuit resulting from a 2013 incident which happened in New York County.

According to the lawsuit, the cyclist had been proceeding eastbound on East Houston Street when he was struck by a vehicle near the intersection of Allen Street and East Houston. As a result of the collision, the bicyclist sustained numerous injuries which included herniations and a torn right rotator cuff. He was taken to the hospital from the scene of the bicycle accident, and thereafter, the injured cyclist was required to undergo physical therapy treatment for a period of close to six months to recover from his injuries.
