NEWTOWN, Conn. - June 22, 2017 - PRLog -- Umuopia Village:Success and Chiamaka visited Mrs. Sussan Ada of Emehama, who is 86 years old. The team kept her company and encouraged her to stay active. In appreciation, she blessed them for visiting and also blessed those who sponsored the visit.

Umukegwu Village

Eucharia and Chinyere Asualor visited Mrs. Veronica Alexander, who is 80 years old. They fetched water for her, and she blessed them and those who sent them.

Umuokwara Village

Angela and Chinwe visited Mrs. Felicia Obiagwu of Umuezedike, who is about 90. They helped her walk around and encouraged her to stay strong. She appreciated them and blessed those who sent them.

Owerri Akokwa Village

Celine and Peace visited Mrs. Eucharia Onyeso, 83 years old.  They helped her make a new broom and also engaged her in conversation. She blessed them and those who sponsored the mission.

Akwu Village

Bridget Anyaoha visited Mr. Samuel Mouneke of Ogbo kindred. He is 80 years old. She swept his dirty compound and gave him words of encouragement, and in appreciation he blessed them and those who sent them.

March 2017

Umuopia Village


Staff visited Mrs. Bridget Ogidi of Umuoghuru –Umuopia; she is 71 years old. They kept her company, had a series of conversations with her and encouraged her to be active. She blessed them and the sponsors.

Umukegwu Village

Staff visited Mrs. Margaret Uzoaganobi, a 73-year-old who had suffered a stroke. They helped her sweep her compound. She blessed them and those who sent them.

Umuokwara Village

Staff visited Mr. Jonathan Oforma of Ikpa –Okwarakuneto kindred; he is 70 years old. They interacted and kept him company. He appreciated them for their visit as he has not experienced such before.

Owerri Akokwa Village

Staff visited Mrs. Patricia Onyegiri of Obinato-Amachara kindred. The woman complained of hunger, so they helped cook soup for her as well as carrying out other domestic chores. She blessed them and those who sent them.

Akwu Village

Staff visited Mr. Ezeanorwai Josiah of Umuanukpa kindred. He is 96.They talked with him and encouraged him to be happy that he'd reached such a good age. He blessed them and those who sent them.

April   2017

Umuopia Village


Staff visited Mr. Meremnandu Ejimmadu of Emehama kindred; he is 75 years old. They swept his compound and helped him walk around. In appreciation, he prayed for the LAAP Organization in the USA, saying that in their old age their charitable works will speak for them.

Umukegwu Village

Staff visited a blind man, Mr. John Ahirigwo of Okwu kindred. He is 80 years old. They swept his room, and in return Papa blessed the organization and the workers bountifully.

Umuokwara Village

Angela and Chinwe visited Mr. Ofonagoro John of Uhuala- Okwara kindred. He is about 90.They swept his compound, and he blessed those who sent them for long life and prosperity.

Owerri Village

Staff visited Mrs. Onyemerekwuo Grace, of Obinato-Amachara. She is 80 years old. They helped her to clean her garden and burn the trash. She blessed them and those who sponsored the mission.

Akwu Village

Staff visited Mrs. Ibeh Jacinta of Ogboo kindred. She is 73 years old. They swept her dirty compound and gave her advice for medical treatment and care; in appreciation she prayed for the organization.

May 2017

Umuopia Village


Staff visited an 89-year-old woman, Eunice Osigwe, keeping her company and encouraging her to stay active. She blessed them and those who sponsored the visits.

Umukegwu Village

Staff visited Mike Uzondu, 85 years old. They helped weed his compound for which he blessed them and those who sponsored the visit.

Umuokwara Village

Staff visited Calista Anozie, who is 75 years old. They swept her yard for which she blessed them and those who sent them.

Owerri Village

Staff visited Mrs. Anunkor Ejikeme, 87 years old, and did some domestic chores, for which she was grateful and profusely thanked them.

Akwu Village

Staff visited Mrs. Benadette Nkemihe, a 90-year-old woman. They swept and cleaned up her compound, for which she blessed them and those who sponsored them.
