Transafe Indonesia successfully conduct Training for trainer Sertifikasi BNSP

JAKARTA SELATAN, Indonesia - June 19, 2017 - PRLog -- Transafe Indonesia announces another successful Trainer Development Program. This time Transafe send their trainers to Training for Trainer with BNSP certification. This training is supported by TransWISH Indonesia. In this training and competence certification, Transafe Indonesia sent 3 (Three) participants to join other participants from various topics.

These young trainers must compete with senior trainers and instructor with years of experience in the industry.

The event held from June 6-8^th 2017 at TransWISH Indonesia's Learning Centre in Jakarta. This competence assessment uses the latest "SKKNI Nomor 161 Tahun 2015 Tentang KATEGORI PENDIDIKAN BIDANG STANDARISASI, PELATIHAN, DAN SERTIFIKASI "standard. Scheme used in this training is Instruktur Pelaksana Pelatihan Tatap Muka (Face to face Instructor)

All Trainers, Motivator and Instructor that follow this event are:

This training is lead by TransWISH Indonesia's Head of Competence Certification Center, Mr. Luki Tantra. Assigned assessor from BNSP is Mr. Budiman, currently the Director for LSP IKI.

Mr. Dony Budidharma, Transafe Indonesia Director said that he is very glad that Mr. Budiman himself come and assess the trainers. He believes Mr. Budiman will ensure the quality and the competence of the trainer.

He also said that this program is part of Transafe Indonesia's agenda to assert ASEAN Economic Community (AEC). In AEC era, Transafe Indonesia expects fierce competition with international training providers from ASEAN countries.

He stated that this will also the way to adjust Transafe Indonesia's trainer to Indonesian Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources Act– Permen ESDM No. 5 Tahun 2015. This act enforce that all workers in Oil and Gas must have Competence Certificate. If the workers need that, then the trainers must also have to.

BNSP/IPCB (Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi / Indonesian Profession Certification Body) is the Indonesian authorized profession competence certification. TransWISH Indonesia is an approved Training and Competence venue certificate (Tempat Uji Kompetensi/TUK) through Indonesian Competent Instructor Competency Certification Body (LSP IKI).

After a long night working with evidence completion, Building SKKNi based training materials, prepare to face the microteaching session and the intimidating interview assessment, all Transafe delegates are recommended as Competent Instructor.
