BRISTOL, Conn. - June 12, 2017 - PRLog -- Novo Precision, manufacturer of engineered systems and provider of contract wire processing and machining services, has developed and built a Custom Vertical CNC Broach and is actively seeking customers for their broaching services.  The vertical CNC broaching system is designed to broach pistol barrels of most lengths and sizes.  Novo currently makes high quality pistol barrel blanks for both OEM and custom firearms manufacturers, but has capacity available to provide contract broaching for others in the industry.

Novo designed and built their first CNC broach in 2015 to support a high end pistol barrel blank manufacturing cell for aftermarket and premium 1911 pistol manufacturers.  The finished product was a much leaner piece of equipment than what was available on the market, and the servo driven vertical design gave Novo the utmost in flexibility.  Over the last two years upgrades have been designed in to increase efficiency while maintaining  a high standard in the quality of broached parts.
