Talent Development Program 7 2016 Improve Transafe Indonesia's customer experience

JAKARTA SELATAN, Indonesia - May 2, 2017 - PRLog -- Dony Budidharma, Director of Transafe Indonesia officially closes Transafe Indonesia's Seventh internal training. This is the Seventh season of People Development Program Transafe held. This year, the program changed to Talent Development Program. The theme for this event is: "Empower The Golden Brigade"

The program was conducted from Feb 17^th - 21^st 2017. With extra additional time for task from 25-28^th Feb 2017. The event took place in Transafe Indonesia's head office and training centers.

This program is in cooperation with TransWISH Indonesia.

Participants are coming from Head Office Jakarta and Batam branch. Participants from Head Office Jakarta are Ms. Diah, Secretary, Ms. Atika, Finance Department; Ikmah Wati, Administration from Business Development Department. Mr. Imam Nurcahya and Mr. Zaenal Abidin, representing Operations staff also Ms Etria Fatrina, from Administration Operations. Also Ms. Dini Latifa, Marketing Admin. The latter are staff from Jakarta office. Transafe Indonesia Batam Branch is represented by Ms. Emil Tesra, Marketing from Batam Branch.

Different from the last season, this season most of trainers come from leaders and graduates from previous season. Trainers participating in this program are Mr. Dony Budidharma, Transafe Dharma Persada Director; Mrs. Sri Astuti, Transafe Indonesia's Marketing Manager; Mr. Luki Tantra, Senior Trainer from TransWISH Indonesia.

Existent employees involved in giving training materials are the NXTGen (Next generation) trainer. Ms. Lasaila Arifiani, best trainer at previous Talent Development Program 6.  Mr. Yoga Pratama, best participant at Talent Development 6.Mr. Fernando Hardih Airkaya Lumelle, winner Transafe indonesia's Train The New Trainer (TNT) program.

Leading this program is Ms. Vina Rieza for whole this season's Talent Development Program.

Best trainer for this season is Mr. Yoga Pratama. Best participant title named to Ms. Etria Fatrina.

Mr. Dony Budidharma stated that this season is different. There are more twist on every game and tasks. They also develop previous graduates by asking them to learn to be trainer.

Transafe is named 5 awards and nominations in customer service area five times last year. And two nominations already this year for Best of The Best Service Company of the year and Best Customer Service Company of the year titles. That's why the company must improve itself to give their customer the best experience when engaged to both their brand: Transafe Indonesia and TransWISH Indonesia.
