In Oregon Pot is legal but God is not

BROOKINGS, Ore. - May 1, 2017 - PRLog -- In 2009 Oregon school policy endorsed evolution and prohibited creationism being taught in science classes. Evolution teaches children they came from animals, and are unaccountable to God. This is the gateway to moral decay. In 2015 Oregon legalized marijuana sales to recreational users. High school students can smoke pot with a medical permit. Families can grow marijuana in their backyards. Paleontologist Chen Junyuan, said, "In China we criticize Darwin, but not the government; In America, you can criticize the government, but not Darwin". Censorship of creation science deprives students of critical thinking and purpose to life.

In "The Origin of Species" Darwin did not attempt to explain the origin of life. He merely believed life evolved from the simple cell to the complex. He did not know that the living cell is not simple. It is extremely complex and shaped by information or design. Evolutionists insist evolution is proved science. The truth is the fossil record does not point toward evolution. The fossil record shows the sudden appearance of complex life in the early Cambrian period, not slow evolution over time. Western Civilization's passion for science began when the Bible inspired Christians to devote their lives to the scientific method of studying nature and the consistency of God. Creationism is scientific, and evolution is fiction.

The First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution has an establishment clause which prevents U.S. Congress from establishing a national religious denominations. When Democrats Ginsburg and Breyer retire from the Supreme Cour,t a Brookings, Oregon student should challenge Oregon's educational policy on creation science. Censorship of creation science is a violation of religious free speach.
