NEW YORK - March 31, 2017 - PRLog -- Author and exercise enthusiast Jay Kim has recently released his book titled, HACK YOUR FITNESS The High Achiever's Guide to Getting Ripped in Under 3 Hours a Week from LIONCREST publishing.

As an active investor, primarily in the Asian market, Kim explains, "Knowledge alone is not power, it's what you do with that knowledge that matters."  He spent many years trying different exercise and diet programs, only to find himself spinning his wheel without the desired outcome.  Kim claims his new book Hack Your Fitness provides the exact blueprint to follow to finally find freedom in fitness.

Diet is the main contributor to body fat and it's all about the calories you take in vs. the calories you burn which result in your body fat index.  A reduced caloric diet, he claims, will benefit most everyone by limiting the excess weight while still maintaining a necessary source for energy.

Cumulatively the diet and exercise genre is stuffed with books with just about every conceivable approach to fitness.  Jay Kim is unique in his philosophy by being mostly common sense, practical and can be done without the need for a gym membership, fancy work-out attire and long episodes of aerobic activity.  In today's fast paced world, finding time – usually in the morning – is something everyone can do to keep fit and achieve personal goals.

"You always have a choice," Kim said in a recent interview with Pacific Book Review.  "While we are dealt a certain hand in life, it is always our choice as to how we play that hand.
