SHANGHAI - March 30, 2017 - PRLog -- Each year since 2004, thousands of visitors from across Asia and around the world have flocked to ReChina Asia Expo to find the latest, high-quality supplies, parts, and media that vendors have on display at the show. Running from May 24 to May 26, the tradition continues in 2017. This year, ReChina Asia Expo, China's longest-running event for the hardcopy and 3D-printing industries, will make its inaugural appearance at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition and Convention Center.

"We are thrilled to host our flagship event at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition and Convention Center for the first time this year," says ReChina Asia Expo CEO Jennifer Lin. "The exhibition center is centrally located in Shanghai's Pudong district." Ms. Lin says the facilities for this year's show are modern and are close to some of Shanghai's most popular attractions including the China Art Museum and the People's Square. Other Pudong landmarks such as the Oriental Pearl TV Tower and the gleaming towers in the Shanghai World Financial Center are also close by. "For the convenience of our exhibitors and attendees, there are many world-class hotels nearby the new venue along with a variety of restaurants offering a range of Asian and Western cuisines," says Ms. Lin.

Located on the eastern bank of the Huangpu River, ReChina Asia Expo's new facility was originally built as the Shanghai World Expo Theme Pavilion for the enormous World's Fair hosted in Shanghai in 2010. Renamed the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition and Convention Center, it is one of the city's most sought-after venues. The exhibition space occupies over 150,000 square meters and hosts a diverse range of international and domestic trade shows each month. The Shanghai World Expo Exhibition and Convention Center is accessible from numerous surface roads via the Nanpu and Lupu Bridges and the Dapu Tunnel as well as by various modes of public transportation.

According to Ms. Lin, the response from both attendees and exhibitors to the news that ReChina Asia Expo 2017 will be held in one of Shanghai's most popular exhibition venues has been overwhelmingly positive. "We have been quite pleased with the reaction of our 2017 participants about the new venue," she says. About 200 companies will participate in the show this year, which is expected to be visited by some 8,000 people from around the world. Hundreds of vendors are currently participating in the ReChina Top50 program, which recognizes 50 companies as being the most reliable and easiest to work with as well as offering the highest quality products at competitive prices. Ms. Lin estimates that thousands of executives from across the industry with take part in this year's ReChina Top50 initiative.

"After 14 years, ReChina Asia Expo remains China's leading event for the hardcopy and 3D-printing industries," says Ms. Lin. "Springtime is the best season to visit Shanghai. If you haven't been to ReChina Asia Expo, this is the year to come. Our new venue is great and we can show you all the warmth, hospitality, and charm that Pudong has to offer." Learn more at
