Community Consulting Teams Comes to Knoxville

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. - March 28, 2017 - PRLog -- Community Consulting Teams of Knoxville (CCT) amplifies the impact of Knoxville-area nonprofits through pro bono management consulting projects performed by teams of experienced business professionals.

What We Do
We do this by identifying and serving socially conscious and innovative nonprofits that have critical strategic or management challenges.  Our projects are staffed by professional alumni volunteers recruited from the top-ranked business schools who work together in teams to define, research, analyze and solve our clients' issues.  We offer volunteers a meaningful service opportunity to join with other like-minded alumni in support of the common goal of strengthening the greater community.

CCT has its beginnings in Boston and, since 1990, with Community Consulting Teams now in Atlanta, GA and Maryland. Knoxville will be the latest city offering professional level support to local non-profit organizations.

Vision
We envision a vibrant, enterprising community where nonprofit managements and volunteers collaborate to solve critical strategic and organizational problems. We aspire to earn recognition as a major contributor to the quality of services in Knoxvilles' nonprofit sector.

We serve three groups in our CCT community—clients, volunteers and business schools. Our goals for these groups are:

For Clients—to provide high-quality management consulting services and deliver actionable and timely recommendations.

For alumni volunteers—to create uniquely meaningful and enjoyable experiences that have long-term social impact.

For Business Schools—to offer an opportunity for their alumni to serve the Boston community and strengthen ties to their business school
