Ritu Kumar Launches Monochrome Collection

AL BARSHA, UAE - March 26, 2017 - PRLog -- Ritu Kumar introduces her latest collection, Monochrome. It is one of its loveliest and best executed. Drawing inspiration from Chiaroscuro or the play of light and dark, this collection mixes classic colours and lines with more modern silhouettes and draping. An artisanal approach towards luxurious textures can be seen in full effect.

The colour palette is minimal with blacks and whites being predominant, and allowing for versatility. The silhouettes are modern, with interesting shrugs and dhoti pants bringing an androgynous edge to the line.  The soft cotton fabric used allows for comfort and makes this a functional collection.   Nous Minimal and geometric prints can be seen in full effect in the Monochrome collection, adding a modern take on simple yet sleek silhouettes.
