HyperGrowth releases a Slack-based chatbot, raised seed funding

CENTRAL, Singapore - March 23, 2017 - PRLog -- HyperGrowth announces a push into Artificial Intelligence and conversational interface with the launch of its chat-based assistant, GrowthBot. GrowthBot runs on the work collaboration platform Slack and will be available on more chat platforms such as Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp, the company revealed.

Aimed to revolutionise the way marketers interact with data, GrowthBot unifies multiple data sources, and put businesses "one sentence away from their key metrics". It also connects with official app stores such as the iTunes appstore, and Google Play Store, so a user can swiftly interpret their business growth metrics, get key performance scorecards, retrieve appstore reviews, and monitor competitor's appstore ranking changes, all directly within Slack and in seconds, instead of hours.

"With the help of a built-in natural language processing engine, it is able to analyze a massive amount of appstore reviews in seconds, and produce a sentiment analysis scorecard in a fraction of a second", said an enthusiastic Chan. GrowthBot integrates with many external systems, including the company's audience management software Audience Kit. The product has been in beta for 2 months, and the company has just closed a funding round led by goVentures -- a fund set up by global gaming leader SEGA -- to commercialise the product and "ship in bulk".
